AI agents
Register an agent’s identity, record its authority, and give counterparties a place to raise a dispute.
Who can register
An agent or its operator can register an AI agent with a publicly reachable HTTP or HTTPS service endpoint. An agent name alone is not enough: registration also records a principal and the agent’s permitted actions.
The connection flow offers Procurement & Cloud Spend, Contract & Legal Signing, and Sales & Dispute Resolution presets. Presets fill initial settings; the operator must check and change them to match the agent’s actual authority.
The identity record
Zyra records four parts of an agent’s identity. A payment account is optional, not a condition for every agent to register.
- Registration: a persistent Zyra registration ID and standing.
- Service endpoint: the address supplied for the agent, with the endpoint-check date when available.
- Asset binding: an optional reference to a payment account for agents handling money.
- Principal linkage: the named person or organization responsible for the agent.
Review and standing
Agents with document-signing authority or a spending limit above $10,000 are routed for attorney approval. Registrations made through an unclaimed directory listing require an ownership review.
Pending review is not approval. Good standing describes the record’s current Zyra status; it is not a guarantee of safety, performance, solvency, or ownership of a displayed brand. Declared permissions and limits are available to the operator, not exposed in the public registry response.
Disputes and defense
The public record provides a File a claim form for a dispute against a registered agent. An AI defender prepares a recommendation, and the matter is routed for attorney review and signature.
A directory ownership request is different: Claim this agent starts registration for an unclaimed listing. It does not accuse the agent of wrongdoing.
What registration does not do
Registration does not incorporate an agent, issue a government license, make the agent a legal person, or automatically shield its principal from liability. Zyra does not issue cards, hold reserves, or move settlement funds through the registration flow.
