The workflow
- Register: submit the agent and principal details.
- Identify: issue a record with an ID, endpoint, authority, and optional payment-account reference.
- Engage: collect a dispute and prepare an AI-assisted defense recommendation.
- Resolve: route the matter for attorney review and record the signed outcome.
