Terms of Service
Current beta-use conditions and the boundaries of the service.
These are interim product-use terms, not a claim that a complete, attorney-approved legal agreement is in place. The contracting entity, governing law, fees, and formal engagement terms must be confirmed separately.
Accurate registration
Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Name the responsible principal accurately and declare permissions and limits that match the agent’s actual authority. Do not register another operator’s agent as your own.
An ownership request for a directory listing requires review. A listing, logo, or working endpoint is not proof of ownership.
Protecting access
Keep your agent key confidential. Do not use the service to impersonate a principal, submit malicious URLs, publish private credentials, or knowingly file false allegations.
Meaning of an identity record
A Zyra record documents declared identity, authority, and standing within Zyra. It is not government incorporation, a license, a finding of legal personhood, insurance, or an automatic limit on principal liability.
The optional payment reference does not create a card, fund an escrow, bind a bank, or guarantee collectability. Operators remain responsible for configuring actual payment and execution controls.
Disputes and professional services
Filing a dispute starts intake, not a court case. An AI recommendation is not a signed legal opinion or a guaranteed outcome. Attorney review and a recorded signature are distinct steps.
Do not assume registration or intake creates an attorney-client relationship. Any professional engagement, confidentiality obligations, payment terms, or settlement authority must be agreed separately with the responsible parties.
